Alex Grant was great Very professional and polite. Answered all my 100 questions. They treat every three months for $33 a month. They sprayed every inch of the inside and outside and the basement and the attic. Very thorough and haven't seen a bug since it's been about two weeks. They will come out in between treatments if you see anything. Very pleased!

They called and came same day to give estimate. Hired them on the spot and he treated inside and out. Signed for yearly service. Not enough room in the house for me and bugs! Haven't seen one since he was here two weeks ago. Highly recommend them.

They don’t want to work with people with health problems and sensitivities. I have had them spray outside the house and underneath the house. They sound kind on the phone but aren’t very flexible and won’t guarantee their work on the exterior or underneath the house in the crawl. Since they started in October I have seen a reduction in pests, but it’s not as good as I expected since they only come out quarterly. I’ve seen bugs even a week or so after they sprayed. To be charging me monthly they should come every 6 to eight weeks, in my opinion. Here it is June, they spayed last in mid April, all of a sudden we are seeing bugs in the bathrooms, one big one in the living room, and some are entering by the kitchen door. I requested that they come out and spray the locations they have in the past and it was as if I was asking them spray the craters on the moon. They indicated that it would not help and that they don’t spray outside, between The quarterly visits. If I want to end my contract, they want to split the remainder with me. So they don’t want to come out and spray outside like they have been spraying and yet they want me to pay them half as much as I still owe them for the remainder of the year for non-treatment. This does not suit me at all. I think it’s a ripoff. This is only my first special request and I’m disappointed that it has even had to turn into an argument. Another lady just called and they will come but again, won’t guarantee. She said if it doesn’t work, they won’t “keep” coming out. I had to ask her to clarify. I think they are trying to insist that they spray indoors. I cannot handle that. So, I am doing the inside on my own now with new addition of herbs along with ultrasonic plugs. But let’s see if their spraying this week on the outside helps. I’m not sure I’d use them again for a new contract but I’m sort of stuck with them for now.

"Let me first apologize that I did not see you wrote a review in June. I would have responded immediately, so I am sorry this was somehow overlooked. I want to clarify some of the statements in your review, so you and any readers will understand our services more fully. When you called in June, you were experiencing German cockroaches inside your home. You had us treat inside your home in April, but refused to allow us inside in June. The problem is, German roaches do not live outside. They live indoors with people. You had to bring them inside your home from a number of possible sources. Some of the most common ways are through groceries, friends, or used furniture and appliances. When these infestations occur, we MUST treat them at the source inside your home. Outside treatments simply will not solve the issue. We spent almost 30 minutes on the phone trying to explain the challenges with you, but you simply refused to let us do anything inside your home. Our hands were tied at this point, and therefore we could not give you any guarantee that the treatment would work. Other than this issue, we kept the pest issues under control to the best of our abilities. We absolutely stand behind our work, when we are allowed to treat as necessary. I empathize that you are sensitive to certain products in the home. Unfortunately, there are some issues that must be treated from inside if we are to gain control. I hope this sheds some light on the issue in this review and the unique challenges our company faced when trying to overcome the obstacles. Please let us know if you change your mind regarding indoor service and we will be happy to treat at no additional charge to you."

Wade is super professional, very personable and extremely knowledgable. When I first hired Walker Pest back in July, I had a German roach problem as well as other insects. Since Walker came and sprayed once every 2 weeks for 3 visits and now they will come once every 3 months for the rest of the year, I do not have a problem and longer! I am so excited that we are insect free! Walker Pest offers great service and effective treatments for bugs.

Walker Pest was wonderful to work with. The 5 star reviews you see online for them are there for a reason. This company care about it's customer. We have used other person control companies in the past but Walker is at the top of the hill. Other companies should take note of how they conduct themselves in person and over the phone. The customer service experience has been something like a fairy tale. The lady on the phone knew what she was talking about and really was understanding of our problems and what we wanted done. The service man arrived on time like the lady said he would. He then listened to our concerns and issues. After our talk he walked around the house and inspected to see where the ants were coming in from. He then treated inside and outside of our home as well as treating in our crawlspace. Then the service man sat down with us went over what he had done and gave us some tips on things to do to keep from having problems in the future. He recommended cleaning out gutters, trimming limbs back from over house, trim bushes back, rake mulch away from foundation. We have a bit of homework to do now. We were very very pleased with this company. Originally we were just going to do the one service but have decided we are going to do their maintenance service, and have them come out every few months. This way if we have problems in the future they will come out between visits at no extra charge. The price was quite reasonable and we are very happy with our decision to use Walker. If you are on the fence about who to use look no further. Thank you Walker!

Saved our weekend. We had all the family over and we usually have a lot of mosquitoes in the back yard. because of a creek nearby. After Walker Pest treated there were a lot less mosquitoes. I'm sure if we had given them more time it would have been even better. We did go ahead and sign up for their monthly mosquito control service.

It went really well. They volunteered to move items in the garage and replaced items fairly close to where they originally were. They were at our house for about 4 or 5 hours. The service contract is just $125/year.

I had used them for almost 5 years at various properties until an incident where I had a rental property that they charged me for service for and they did not come. They said they had gone when I wasn't at the property, but I didn't see them do it and couldn't tell that anything had occurred. I told them I wouldn't pay for it.

They are very professional and always on time. Their price depends on which time of the year they come out. Their technicians are very concerned about tracking anything into the house and they wear booties on their shoes instead of just walking into the house with possible things from outside tracking in. They are very good at what they do. They always call to check that you are happy with their service. I get a call from the management team about every other time to see how they are doing. They follow up if I call in and have a question, and they will come out and do a special follow up treatment at no charge if I see too many insects or bugs or something. The pricing is fine. It is a super company.

I was impressed with the service from start to finish. When I called about an ant problem in my kitchen, Josh was very informative. He gave me a quote for a one time service, and also for a yearly contract. There was no pressure at all. An appointment was set up within a couple of days, and he told me who would be coming and when. I felt he was knowledgeable, and was very personable. I haven't seen any bugs since the service visit, and I was assured someone would come out again at no additional cost if any did show up. I few days after the service, I even got a call from the company to find out if everything was satisfactory, and if I had any questions. That level of customer service is almost unheard-of. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Walker Pest Management arrives on schedule, on time, and is always very professional. They answer ALL your questions about insects or pests and they will return at no charge if you have a problem between scheduled quarterly treatments. They have adjusted our treatments to address our unique pest situations since we live in a log home in a heavly wooded area. Walker Pest Management calls the week prior to a treatment, to work around your daily schedule and this makes the treatment fit into your lifestyle. A great company that is certainly CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ORIENTED.
