Let me first apologize that I did not see you wrote a review in June. I would have responded immediately, so I am sorry this was somehow overlooked. I want to clarify some of the statements in your review, so you and any readers will understand our services more fully. When you called in June, you were experiencing German cockroaches inside your home. You had us treat inside your home in April, but refused to allow us inside in June. The problem is, German roaches do not live outside. They live indoors with people. You had to bring them inside your home from a number of possible sources. Some of the most common ways are through groceries, friends, or used furniture and appliances. When these infestations occur, we MUST treat them at the source inside your home. Outside treatments simply will not solve the issue. We spent almost 30 minutes on the phone trying to explain the challenges with you, but you simply refused to let us do anything inside your home. Our hands were tied at this point, and therefore we could not give you any guarantee that the treatment would work. Other than this issue, we kept the pest issues under control to the best of our abilities. We absolutely stand behind our work, when we are allowed to treat as necessary. I empathize that you are sensitive to certain products in the home. Unfortunately, there are some issues that must be treated from inside if we are to gain control. I hope this sheds some light on the issue in this review and the unique challenges our company faced when trying to overcome the obstacles.
