"A company like no other. That is the best way to describe my experience with McClintock Heating and Cooling. We have been with them for about 4 years now, 2 houses later, 5 units services, 2 units replaced (which were both 20+ years old), they have taken care of us time and time again. We most recently had an issue with our refrigerant line, which was condensing on our sheetrock in our bedroom and staining the wall. McClintock had Jason (shoutout to him- he rocked) at our house on the same day and addressed the issue. They, then, worked with us and had the wall repaired and restored to better than it was before within a few days. Baylee, Amber, and Larry were exceptionally kind and patient with me- answering my questions and restoring our home. I never thought that I could love my HVAC servicer, but they bring a little Heaven to Earth in their kindness, generosity, and humility. I wish all companies would follow their example. "

"I called Air central when our heat went out last week! Wes quickly responded with a phone call to set up an appointment. He came out the next day was on time and professional. He Educated me on the issue and the best Options. He worked me up a estimate while at my residence. We decided to get two other companies to come out and get prices to ensure we got the best price for the best quality. After doing so we decided that we were more impressed with Wes and air central then the other companies. I called Wes and told him we would like to move forward. The next day he brought out a few space heaters to keep us warm until the equipment could be ordered and job done. 4 days later due to equipment shortages they arrived on time in uniform and was nothing but professional. They did my new furnace in one day. The job was so clean and neat. Wes came by went over everything that was done and was so nice. I couldn’t imagine what we would have done with all the help we received from Wes and his guys. I would highly recommend him and his team for anyone’s HVAC needs. Great customer service. Great price. "The recommended "helmet" gutters and downspouts were installed quickly and quietly. I thought there would be lots of noise but there wasn't. The technicians were very polite and pleasant. Dana, Jim and Jaimin have been a delight to work with and I highly recommend the company."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
