I called Air central when our heat went out last week! Wes quickly responded with a phone call to set up an appointment. He came out the next day was on time and professional. He Educated me on the issue and the best Options. He worked me up a estimate while at my residence. We decided to get two other companies to come out and get prices to ensure we got the best price for the best quality. After doing so we decided that we were more impressed with Wes and air central then the other companies. I called Wes and told him we would like to move forward. The next day he brought out a few space heaters to keep us warm until the equipment could be ordered and job done. 4 days later due to equipment shortages they arrived on time in uniform and was nothing but professional. They did my new furnace in one day. The job was so clean and neat. Wes came by went over everything that was done and was so nice. I couldn’t imagine what we would have done with all the help we received from Wes and his guys. I would highly recommend him and his team for anyone’s HVAC needs. Great customer service. Great price. Great guys. Thank you Wes and air central you are my go to guys for anything HVAC related.

Terrible. Overcharged for reinstalling thermostats. Did not inspect air handlers for damage or check filters left ash and fire gunk in the units. Put filters in air returns instead of units. Claimed a leak in new a/c, there was none. Negligent.

"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], The back story is Air Central was contracted by a fire restoration company to complete a list of task due to fire damage. When this happens we get a scope of work which we are to complete. Our tasks involving this project were solely in the kitchen area. We were to check duct involved with the fire, check any venting issues and install two new thermostats. This work was all completed. Air Central was not contracted to clean the air handler(s) or change filters. A duct cleaning company separate of our company was in charge of cleaning the duct and air handler(s). I’m sorry for the confusion if you feel that was our task on this project. Unfortunately I never had the privilege to meet you or discuss this situation prior to this review being posted. It was great! On a Saturday too!! Dwayne was very professional and got the job done in hardly no time. The best part was how excited he was to be able to fix the issue for us, showing that he cares about helping people out. I will be doing business with this company again (but hopefully i wont have to anytime soon) :)

Perfectly. We replaced our electric cooktop with a new gas cooktop, so we needed to have gas extended into the kitchen, center island. Scott and his team were on time, the job was done neatly and efficiently and the cooktop gas works perfectly. Scott is a pleasure to work with and is extremely responsive if there are any questions or issues. He also personally made sure the inspections were done and the permit was properly recorded and closed. Highly recommend!

I finally signed up for an HVAC service agreement after years of assuming it was a waste of money. It took a few different friends and family members to talk me into seeing the value in this service and setting up an appointment. I compared Air Central of the Carolinas to one of the nationwide companies and ultimately chose this company due to having good reviews and being local. I am extremely satisfied with my decision and plan on renewing the service agreement as years progress. My interaction consisted of two appointments: 1. Initial service agreement inspection. At this appointment, the technician inspected and cleaned/touched up everything. He was very knowledgeable and explained the ins and outs of everything. Once again, further reinforcing the value of this service. During the appointment, I explained that we have been having an issue with the system and the tech identified a thermal valve that needed to be replaced. This led to setting up appointment #2 later in the week. 2. Replacing Thermal Valve - This appointment was made very quickly as soon as they procured the necessary parts. The technician arrived on time and replaced the valve in a timely manner. Our system is running much more effectively now. I'd like to point out that the pricing is very competitive with the other companies and every person I've spoken with has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It goes a long way when you can tell that they want to make sure you understand everything as opposed to doing the work and leaving.

We called air central to come look at a 20 year old unit at my mothers house knowing it needed to be replaced. Mr. Breece made his recommendations and provided an immediate quote on the spot. We talked about options and they even offer financing if needed. We signed up and the next week Alex and his crew showed up. Alex is a star employee and was very polite and helpful, you could tell that he really cares and enjoys working for Mr. Breece. They are now going to be installing an ductless mini split in my garage. I have given out their number to countless friends and they are all extremely satisfied. I know who to call when i want an honest opinion and a fair price.

Air Central was not only professional and timely when they arrived. They helped me sort through issues I had for years that other companies wouldn't or couldn't fix. I have had multiple AC companies in the past and I would never hire anyone else. On top of that when we received quotes they weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. So I talked in depth with them on why they quoted the system at this price? They explained everything from Variable speed, to 15 seer and my indoor air filter that uses bipolar ionization. I would recommend them to anyone.

One of my AC units quit blowing cool air. I called at 7AM and they were at my house by 10:30. Since my units are a bit older I didn't know what to expect. My service repair guy was great, did a complete check of both units and said that I just need additional coolant added. I will definitely use these guys again in the future.

This company is all about it's customers. I needed to have my heat pump replaced and was scheduled for surgery. Wesley decided that I needed to have the work done prior to the upcoming surgery so that I could recuperate at home without all the distraction of the noise during the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one. The date was set, the installation started on time and was completed in one day as promised. The installers were very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. .. although there was a slight hiccup when the inspection was done, the problem was corrected on the same day the inspection was done and upon re-inspection the next day, it passed. I highly recommend this company for your heating and A/C needs. I will be recommending this fine family-owned & operated company to all my friends.

Our ac unit was cycling on and off quickly and needed to be checked. Contacted Air Cental of the Carolinas based on AL reviews and the coupon, I called Monday morning, and they were able to fit us in that day. Kevin, the serviceman, had several appointments to make, which pushed his time to us later in the day. The company was excellent at calling to reassure us that he would be there, then Kevin called when he was on his way. At 6:50 pm after a long hot day, Kevin arrived, he was incredibly kind and professional. He did a thorough job of inspecting our system and getting it working again, he also spent time explaining things about our system to my husband. I could not ask for better service from both the office and Kevin, thank you!!

I called, and got Emily on the phone immediately, she was very cordial and efficient. She had Lynn out for an estimate as soon as possible and I felt it as reasonable and fair. The installation was scheduled within a few days, everyone was professional and skilled in what they did and I would definitely recommend Air Central to my friends and family.

I called Air central for an estimate. Wesley the owner showed up within 24 hours to give me a quote. I was happy with the quote and hired him on the spot. They came two days later and installed me a new American Standard high-efficiency system. Which I couldn’t be any happier with. Wesley really knows customer service, he not only came two days later when most companies said it would be 10-12 days he brought me two window units to keep my house cooling unit he got there. I would highly recommend Air central and Wesley to everyone in need of any hvac needs. Thank you Air central for exceeding my expectations.

Air Central did not submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer as they promised to do, and after they billed me they claim they couldn't get through to the manufacturer's dealer line. I can get through to this line myself, but the HVAC licensee is required to file the warranty paperwork. Air Central never filed a claim, according to Lennox, and was supposed to file to be reimbursed by Lennox in the first place rather than being paid by myself. The unit was well under warranty and there never should have been a cost to replace if deemed irreparable. Note that Air Central also refused to break out charges for me for labor, parts, etc. I expect they will respond that it's been 11 months since the job was done - I was foolish enough to trust them to do the right thing eventually and kept asking for their help over the course of several months. They will also point out I sold the townhouse a few months ago - any lawyer would opine that this issue survives any sale because they didn't do what they were supposed to do and committed to do (which is evidenced in writing).

As I have said to you before if you have any written, text or etc. from me guaranteeing that you would get your money back on the Lennox product I will gladly refund your money. I can not make guarantees on equipment I did not originally install or can not control how the manufacture does business. I can say we got you up and running very quickly so you weren't uncomfortable for a extended period of time. I hate that the manufacture is making you have a bad taste on Air Central when it's not a craftsmanship issue it's the manufactures not backing their product. This is the reason we do not sell their product. If we can help in anyway let us know. As I said before if you can get Lennox Company higher powers to call us I will help anyway to fight to get your money back. I made serveral calls with no success. We are very pleased. Our second floor air conditioner stopped working during a very hot period of time and on a weekend. Air Central sent a technician the same day we called. The unit needed to be replaced as it was 16 years old and not functioning. A sales rep came the next day and provided our options and costs. Within a day, a team was sent to install our new unit with an outstanding work ethic and professionalism. We would recommend to others based on our awesome experience.

Efficient, clean, and punctual. Our first unit (16 years old) went out, and Air Central was able to complete our job within a few days. They lent us two window units for bedrooms while we waited. A day after install, our downstairs unit stopped blowing cold air (30 years old). The unit was completely empty of coolant and had a massive leak. Considering the age, we went ahead with replacing it as well. Air Central installed the NEXT day, and submitted Duke energy rebate applications for us (worth $425/unit). Wesley, Lynn, and their team were a pleasure to work with.

He walked me through every step of the process of cleaning and filling my ancient AC, and helped me find solutions within my budget.
