The $1000 Price Match Guarantee is a farce. This is the first time I've been mistreated by Ford after 18years of Ford ownership (my entire adult life). The managers of both the sales and finance areas did some grimy things to us. Last week we test drove an F150 before negotiating the finance of a truck that was "located at our sister store in Asheville". We left with some numbers to consider. We compared to a truck with the exact same features at Capital Ford, and requested a quote from them. A week later, a sales rep from Huntersville called us and told us to bring the quote in, because Huntersville has a $1000 Price Match Guarantee - they'll match or beat any offer from any competing dealership or give you $1000. We returned to Huntersville Ford and showed the quote to a sales rep. After several back-and-forths between our table in the show room and the sales managers office, the rep told us that they could not get us a better price, because the truck that they had started the deal on in Huntersville was actually the same truck parked at Capital. It shared the same VIN. A minor misrepresentation that I don't hold against them. The sales rep said that they couldn't beat that price, and if they did "it would cost the dealership about $2500 to do that". He then brought us a printed copy of the $1000 guarantee with the last sentence in the disclaimer highlighted. [Disclaimer* Dealer must have a chance to match the price, price comparisons must be done in person at the dealership. Must be exact year, make, model, options, and rebates, on in stock vehicles. Customer must present signed buyers order from competing dealership.] Here's where the farce comes in. The buyers order is a sales contract. It is binding once it's signed. When we returned today with our signed buyers order, the managers told us that because we had purchased the vehicle (by signing the buyers order), that they did not have a chance to negotiate a better price for us. It didn't matter that they had failed to offer us a better price yesterday, because we didn't have a signed buyers order yesterday, just an email quote from the sales manager at Capital Ford. If we had presented a signed buyers order without completing the sale, which is completely impossible, they might have offered us a lower price. When this oxymoron was pointed out to him, he said that he wasn't familiar with Capital Ford's buyers order. When I followed up by asking if I could compare it to Huntersville's document, he said he didn't know where to find one, asked me to leave, and threatened to call the police. We persisted. I told him that I would be writing terrible reviews, and he threatened to sue me for libel, then called the police. We left peacefully when the police arrived and explained to us that any further action would need to be legal, and that we would be arrested for trespassing if we stayed or returned within the next year. We did all of the things they told us to do, and rather than admit that they couldn't offer the best deal in town, they had the cops come in and run us off.

The last time I was there was for warranty work. It took them 3 or 4 times for them to get it right but they finally did. They listened to me, they took it in, they worked on it. It would be better if they could get it right the first time. It was a transmission issue and the first time I picked it up it looked like somebody had exploded an oil can in my car, I was not happy about that. They cleaned it up and fixed everything.

Service writer was incompetent and seriously lacking in product knowledge - customer service. They had my vehicle at 8am could not "duplicate" the open door message. I drove back 7 hours later and had to show the "certified ford technician" the right rear door open message ! He just looked at me and said "oh". They kept my car overnight because they had no part available. Never called me back to tell me that. I had to call the next day to find out! When I spoke to the service manager " John " he blew everything off! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP! They are horrible!

They give really good service. We've bought our personal cars and my husband's company's cars. We've bought 12 cars from them. So, we get a pretty good deal. We get our service done there too all the time. We've used the same person, Todd, the whole time and he does a great job. For every car, we've always used the same salesperson. My husband and Todd sort of enjoy going back and forth. The waiting room looks nice. We've had good service from them. When we've taken our cars back for service they do a good job and it's prompt. They keep up with us and remind us when service is due. They usually don't take too long and usually we don't have an appointment. It's not unbearably long. It's what you expect when you're getting something fixed or serviced.

Took van in for scheduled maintenance, mechanic found all kinds of other issures with the van. I believe some were probably accurate, but I just felt that every time I took the van in for something, there was always something else wrong and always more costly. This occured over a period of time and multiple visits. There was always something else wrong, no matter what. I could never get out of there with less than a $700.00 bill.
The personnel were always gracious and discussed everything with us first before we agreed to any work, however, just wasn't always comfortable with knowing what was true or not.

He has always been very happy with their service. They do a fantastic job on Fords. If they are working on a brand that is not carried by them, then their work is not quite good. They are really good when it comes to their punctuality. If you expect the work to get over in 4 hours, then they will call you back in an hour and a half if they are ready. They convinced me to start buying domestic cars. I would use their services in the future too.

They seem to know what they are doing and as far as I can tell they are honest. There was an instance where I waited for my car for a couple of hours because nobody told me that they were done. They check with me before they do any repairs necessary that I had not agreed to previously. When I purchased my car there they were helpful and gave me information that I needed and they gave me a reusable trade price for my old car.
