CGX Overhead Door LLC

System installed 2 years ago. Tore out of wall. They advertise 24/7 emergency repair. Called for help after trying to fix it for an hour so I could at-least get my car out of the garage. This was a Sunday. Traveling home for holidays on Monday. Texted with Cory for some advice. Which didn’t work then he called me to try to help. Obviously at this time I was getting frustrated and panicked. Asked for someone to please come help me. And he said they don’t work on weekends and I was demanding. Definitely do not recommend

The CGX technician found some broken wiring and fixed it, plus he oiled the train. I've used CGX Overhead Door before and always appreciate their work and advice.

Setting up the appointment was easy. They stayed in contact. They arrived when they said they would. The installers were friendly and professional. Installation went well. They cleaned up everything. They explained how to use everything and specific things to my opener. I've used this company for about six years. They installed a new garage door for me and have done maintenance and repair over the years. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful! Speedy service! Curtis replaced both springs on the garage door within 30 minutes, tested it out several times, and even assisted me with replacing the batteries in both of my garage door openers AND re-programming them before he left. He also gave me a quote to replace one section of the garage door that was cracked. One of the garage door openers, the battery had leaked and the connections were all gunked up. Curtis scraped them clean for me, replaced the battery and I now have 2 working garage door openers. He didn't have to do that for me, but that extra little bit of customer service is something you don't see very often these days. I will definitely hire this company again.

Corey was very prompt coming out and giving us a detailed bid. He was always available to answer questions by phone and/or email. The install was completed in a matter of 4 hours in very hot weather with all trash cleaned up and hauled away. Unlike many businesses, the communication was excellent and prompt and we received an email receipt before Corey even left the driveway! We would highly recommend their services.

Great experience from start to finish. Corey was very responsive in all aspects of the project, showing up when he said he would & answering texts and calls promptly. I needed an uncommon dimension (14'), so Cory told me it would take 4 days to get the door from a supplier. (Another bidder quoted 4-5 weeks.). I have a detached garage, so I have no need of an insulated door, and Corey did not try to sell me one (unlike another bidder). The door he recommended was of higher quality (more robust design in terms of stile construction, hinge size, and panel dimension), and was half the cost of the other bidder's. The crew worked quickly (I live in the city, and for the sake of my neighbors, it was important that the alley not be blocked for an excessive period of time), and left the job site spotless. While I hope that I never have to buy a garage door again, I know where I will go if I need to.

Have used them before. Last time for normal maintenance, this time to fix a problem caused by an open van door. Just like last time they were quick and professional. Came the same day. He was done within an hour. Door is fully repaired. Definitely would use again and highly recommend.

Corey of CGX was a complete professional and provided the service I requested with excellent results.  He was on time and completed the job within the time estimate that he provided. CGX's service was uniformle excellent, and actually exceeded my expectations,  I would advise anyone needing  garage door service to hire this company.

Service was performed as per the deal that we purchased. The only non-issue, issue was getting it scheduled. Because I was actually out side of there normal distance it was difficult for them to find a time to send some one out to just do my one job. However because I purchased the deal on Angie's list they honored it. They did ask if it was an emergency and if it would have been they would have got out sooner.
