I called at 9:30 am and Mike was at my house by 2:15 pm SAME DAY. Mike’s professionalism, knowledge, willingness to answer questions and educate consumers makes the “A” I have him a no-brainer. I scheduled my appointment with Mike for 8 AM on Friday morning.  He arrived early, but was waiting to come and knock, just to make sure we were up and ready for him.  We have 17 year old systems that are still working, but one has been struggling for the past year or so.  Our downstairs cools beautifully but as soon as you hit the landing of our steps heading upstairs in the summer, there is a 15 degree difference and you're smacked in the face by the insane humidity. The day before he came out, the downstairs of our home was 68 degrees and upstairs it was 80.  With that said, I was a little terrified that were going to have to replace one of the units; an expense that we definitely were not prepared for!  Mike came out and checked out everything, and found that the drain line for the upstairs system was plugged which was causing the float switch to activate intermittently during operation, so our unit was not able to run a full cycle.  Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and explained every piece to me, explaining that it was probably rust that was clogging the line, and that it could be a tough clog to break, but he could do it.  While he didn't say it, it was very clear that he planned to stay until he had it fixed.  After a bit, he was able to unclog the pipe and told me to let him know if clearing it helped.  I am THRILLED to say that when I arrived home yesterday afternoon after work, our upstairs was a COOL 69 DEGREES.  It was AMAZING!  During the entire interaction with Mike, he never once mentioned replacing our old units until I asked about what I would want to prepare for if I had to.  Mike is so kind, is so knowledgeable, and really strives to do the best he can for you.  It is very clear that he is a small business owner that really cares about what he does. I can say with complete confidence that we have found our HVAC guy, and will be going to him with any other issues that we have!

Mike is the best. This is the only company we ever use on all of our friends/family's homes and businesses.

Great experience. Found the problem right away. Mike gave us a lot of information on our AC unit and was very knowledgeable. A lifesaver that they were open on Sunday.

I called Real Cool Sunday morning at 7 am. Mike was on his was to two other calls and said he should be able to be at my house by 12 pm. After asking a few questions, he quoted me an estimate  of $190.00 over the phone to replace the capacitor and that was the price I paid. He called me at 10:20 and said he was finished with the two previous calls and should be at my house by 10:40. He arrived right on time. He proceeded to do a thorough check of my system and found the capacitor was indeed the problem. He replaced it and my unit started running immediately. After checking my freon level, Mike said it was a bit low and even added a little freon at no charge. Mike was polite, courteous, professional and honest. I will never call another heating and cooling company. There was not even an extra charge for Sunday service. I never give testimonials, but was so impressed by Mike that I just had to. Call Real Cool and I promise, you will not regret it.

Mike was very professional and helpful.  Discussed our situation and gave us very good suggestions.  Mike called to tell us approximately when he would arrive and was at the house when he said he would be.  We were very satisfied with Mike and the work he performed.  We would definitely use Real Cool again and would highly recommend them.

Both of my AC units went down on the hottest day of the year and I called Real Cool, they were able to come out on the same day! Mike was very informative and detailed, he evaluated the situation and was able to pin point the problem, both units needed capacitors and one unit needed Freon. In addition a thorough cleaning was done! This company was great from the very beginning, Sonia setup the appointment and instructed me what to do!! I would definitely use them again! Thanks!!!

First of all, Mike was right on time....not early nor late.  He was here precisely(I love that!) when Sonia said he would be here.  He placed shoe covers on his feet before entering and was extremely professional throughout the repair.  He identified the malfunction(s), had the part with him on his truck, and wasted no time in getting the repairs completed. Outside the scope of the repair itself, he made fine-tuning adjustments to my system while he waited for the system to cycle through so he could test and measure.  He was extremely thorough from start to finish, relaying updates and observations pertinent to the overall health of my system.  A couple of times, I witnessed Mike "re-doing" to his satisfaction what previous repairmen had done or failed to do.  
lI believe I am spoiled from this point forward.  I refuse to consider another company for any of my HVAC repairs ever again.  I only hope I will be able to convince Mike and Sonia to move with me if my family ever has to relocate.
