We started beginning of August with the Central AC going out ( but only in downstairs of home). Technician came out and diagnosed issue, we needed major component MOTOR. It had to be ordered. He offered us a window exhaust/ portable AC for some very small relief from August heat to use our kitchen area. The motor was supposed to take a month to come in. Several months passed and another technician called to come put the motor in but it now was noticed we also needed the fan that attaches to the motor, another ordered part. Very Long Story short, in DECEMBER, the actual repair was done but guess what, it would not heat like it should it made wobbly noises and I knew it wasn’t right, the heat never came up to temperature as it was not blowing with any pressure. So I called them again. They finally were giving us there best technician Robert, what a life saver! When he finally diagnosed the computer part of system as being issue as well. This was after we replace all the ductwork in our crawl space. We spent a TON of money on this repair but a replacement would have been more and we are so grateful for Robert being hardworking, respectful, knowledgeable, patient, to stick with this repair that until he showed up at our door was an absolute nightmare. Robert you deserve a HUGE raise.

He made sure to ask if I had any concerns and talked over EVERYTHING he did and gave us great tips to keep our unit in good shape. Had another service company come out was only 2. 5 lbs low and was fixed by another person. Absolute wanted to sell me a new unit, said couldn't fix the one I have. Hired another provider. Would not recommend to older people they are very convincing for replacing,with buying a new unit

All I have to say is that Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning exceeded our expectations on the installation of our new Trane heat pump! Alex was our point of contact, and he was very knowledgeable, and courteous. The installation crew arrived on schedule and impressed us with their expertise! Robert, Courtland and Cody got right to work and took out the old system… and then installed our new heat pump. They were all knowledgeable, friendly and courteous… answering any questions we had! One day! We have cool air tonight! Thanks guys!

Approximately 2 or so years after this unit was installed, the Blower Motor went out on the product. I called the Dealer and complained, as this was not something that I would expect from a "quality" product. Now, the Auxiliary Heat continues to run, increasing my power bill, and come to find out, I have a bad Sequencer. I cannot purchase and have a sequencer installed at this time, due to the holidays. I can barely afford the power bill. After further investigation, the Sequencer is running at 34 ohms, according to the meter. I have already complained to this dealer once but this business practice of cheating people is absolutely unethical to the point where I am not sure whether to report Lennox or Absolute Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning to the BBB (who I found on Angie's List). I can provide pictures if needed.

Excellent service. Got brand new HVAC units and had the coils replaced. They were thousands less than the other three bids. Came in laid drop cloth to make sure nothing would be tracked in. Very polite and quick and cleaned up when they finished. A++ Service will recommend and hire again.

I was given an order date/install date right away. The tech that came to the house was knowledgeable and friendly. In a very timely (and clean) fashion the job was done! I couldn’t believe it was that painless. It was carefully explained to me how the unit should be serviced, the expected life of the product and the quality of my purchase. No pushy sale pitch. I will only use this company for all work that needs to be done on my home. Looking forward to having a gas line safely installed soon! I contacted Shawn after being referred by my neighbor. He is fantastic! My regular heating/air company suggested that I replace my entire heating/air system, which I did not find appropriate considering the system is only 7.5 years old. Shawn troubleshooted my issues over the phone and then made time over the Holiday weekend to pump Freon into my system to help cool down my house prior to my coil being replaced. He took time to walk me through my options and what I realistically needed at this point without trying to “up-sell” me on additional services. Shawn was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He got me back up and running within 3 days of contacting him - something the “big box” company was unable to do. I am very pleased and will be using Absolute Comfort moving forward.

Alex gave me a quote for a new system 2 years ago but I have been trying to hold out on replacing it. I saved his info as he was so professional and seemed very honest. We recently had some trouble with out 13 year old HVAC system. I decided to entertain a few quotes to see if we should replace it. A few companies provided estimates but there were none better than Absolute Comfort. We were provided 3 quotes by Absolute, each for a different configuration. Alex the company sales person and HVAC engineer, spent a good deal of time going through each option including the features of each. He patiently answered all of my questions and was obviously very knowledgeable. It turns out that he quoted a price for the top of the line that was the same price as some of the quotes I received from other companies for substantially inferior configurations. He made the decision easy. On the day of the installation, two professionals arrived and I worried that there was no way they could remove the existing unit and install the new one. They had to drop the attic stairs to get the old out. No way I thought. I was wrong! Robert and Darnell did all of the work and had the house cooling again in 6 hours (Alex came to help with the stairs). Amazing work and they even took a short lunch! They replaced the attic stairs but unfortunately damaged some molding around the portal. If that was the worst of it, then I was satisfied. They were not done though. They took pictures of the area and sent them to the office. Absolute then sent out a trim man to repair the slight damage and followed up to insure that I was satisfied. This experience reminded me of the "old days" when there were highly capable, professional and honest tradesmen. These guys all knew their craft and I feel extremely lucky that I made the decision to go with Absolute. Thanks Alex, Robert, Darnell, and you too Rick!

Once we decided that we were going to have to change our entire system Absolute Comfort made the process super simple. Alex came out and gave us three options at various price points. Quoted us great prices at each level with equipment that met our goals and our needs. The crew that came out today to change everything except our ducts did the job in 7 hours, were professional, and quite honestly two of the nicest people I have met. I joke with my wife that I almost shed a tear this evening watching the thermostat go down as we were using the gas stove and oven.
