"First, I'd like to say this was an absolutely perfect transaction. I called the store and was transferred to the appliance department where my call was answered instantly by Joe Jordan. I was in desperate need of a Double Wall Oven which needed to fit in an existing cabinet, that was an odd size. Joe was informative and knowledgable, giving me options based on availability and the features I wanted. He found my first choice, well within my budget, and in stock. We set up the installation for 2 days later. The installer, Mike Linsky, called to give me an estimated arrive time and was spot on! He was here on time and assessed the necessary cabinet alterations. They were very mindful of dust and debris, making sure nothing was left.
