"Had an appt for 8/21 from 2-6. They did not show up, did not call. I called last night left a voicemail, did not even have the courtesy to call today and explain. I called today, they do not answer the phone,I emailed and texted 3 times, Nothing. Still no contact how disgusting to treat people, I lost 4 hours of work yesterday, I should sue them in small claims for my lost wages! I told the warranty co. they should take them off their list of contractors, HORRIBLE!"
