Ed arrived at the scheduled time. Very professional & he took great care when installing my new dishwasher, making sure it was level ( a very important part of the install) and secured. Once installed, he tested most of the functions to be sure all worked as they should. Even took time to answer my many questions. Cleaned up afterwards, and even took the large shipping box to recycle for us! Best install experience ever. Thanks Ed!! Yes, we would hire him again.

Ed called and showed up to walk down the job and provided a quote in reasonable time. When Ed and his helper showed up Monday they removed the old tank and housing and were mounting the new tankless unit when he informed me there needed to be an electrical outlet installed closer for the new heater. This should have been brought up during the job walk down or during the quoting process NOT in the middle of the job. He said he cannot do the electrical and does not know an electrician. He said he figured I new this and was not willing to work with me on this extra cost I was going to incur. He did not use any wire connectors for the water heater controller and power supply he simply twist the wires and taped them together . Further more he left a 2-3" hole in my brick wall and did not replace any of the pipe insulation on the waterlines. The gas line he ran to the sunroom was simply laid on top existing water lines and not fastened secure any place at all. Where the gas line comes threw the brick wall in to the sunroom is loose and can easily be moved 4 inches in and out. I've worked with professional contractors all my career and after watching Ed and his helper needing to leave the job site at least 4 times for fittings and parts tells me he can't plan a job very well. I will not be calling Ed for any future work.

"One thing you learn in this business is there will always be that one person that cant be pleased! This customer claimed to have done his research, I took him for his word. I did not use electrical connectors voltage was only 12 volts dc to the controller! 2-3 inch hole was already there from the water heater I replaced! Extra cost, this customer wants something for nothing, average install for a tankless water heater is 1500.00 plus just for installation! He was mad because I would not pay for his electrician! all his copper gas lines are just hanging under his house all loose, not one of them are secure, I was not hired to correct problems that are existing with his gas lines, had the others gas lines been secured would have been possible to make the 3 foot line I installed secure as well! Yeah we went to lowe's 3 times, however you were not being charged an hourly rate, and all work was completed as promised! This customer wanted me to allow him to keep 87.00 to pay for his electrician and when I said no he got mad and threw the money on the table! Summing things up to anyone reading this review is don't believe everything this guy says....he's mad because he did'nt get his way in having me pay for his electrician"

They came out on two separate days (working all day on the first, and finishing up on the other). They were punctual, AND called ahead anyway to let us know when they were a few minutes away. The work was done without fuss. Ed explained things when we had questions, and he and his assistants removed all the debris after putting in nicely color-coded PVC for us.

Great! The plumber (Ed Enlow), communicated with me well and was at the home with the problem when he said he would be. In less than an hour he had the tub drain and the bathroom sink drain working well.

It went very well. Ed was personable. A hard worker he put in long hours to get the work done. Ed explained everything he was going to do, and kept me informed as the job progressed. He was able to accommodate me when I had to reschedule. The pipes are working well. I highly recommend him.

The replacement went smoothly and Mr. Enlow was finished the job in about 45 minutes. He gives senior citizen discount and also a discount for using him through Angie's List.

I have 3.5 bathrooms in the my house and he was able to get those all to work properly. He knows what he is doing. He is very cordigle and friendly. If was going to be late, he would call. if he could not come out that day, he would call too.
