"LG sent out Cemi for a dryer repair. The person came out for a total of 5 minutes and stated he would need to order a part but failed to inspect the dryer. We were charged $125 for a service that was NOT performed. We never received a phone call, text, or email regarding the dryer getting fixed. We waited and finally reached out July 1 and the phone call went straight to voicemail. The mailbox was full so we could not leave a voicemail. This company lacks communication, coordination, and professionalism. I would not work with them. They are unreliable. Waste of time and money."
