"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Easy to follow directions. They arrived sooner than I expected and they fit perfectly. My table has an intricate design at both ends and 2 leaves. Everything was perfect and the quality was great."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"They were great! When going through what I was; a relocation and a relentless medical condition, they managed downsizing of my belongings and my entire move for me. They organized everything before it was packed, over saw the movers, unpacked and organized everything, and placed it just how it should be once the moving van arrived. They were dependable, extraordinary organizers who were also firm when they needed to be, and gracious through it all. They completed my project on time and under budget. That's not asking for a lot considering their reasonable rates and willingness to see to my space design and personal shopping too."

"We recently completed a full kitchen renovation, and I cannot recommend Jay Hill Construction highly enough! From the very first consultation their professionalism stood out. They listened carefully to our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and handled every detail with care. Their interior design guidance went far beyond what we expected. They helped us make design choices that not only look stunning but also make our kitchen so much more functional! The project was completed on time and within budget, with pricing that was transparent and fair. Throughout the process, they were reliable, communicative, and proactive in addressing questions or concerns. It?s rare to find a contractor who delivers such a high level of craftsmanship while also providing a true concierge-style design experience. We now have a kitchen that feels like the heart of our home, and it wouldn?t have been possible without their expertise and dedication."
