As you can see from the attached documents, your primary residence underwent a massive renovated overhaul, and the quality of the interior design and construction was exceptional. Over a thousand items were installed, modified, and replaced in your home within record time. Our team completed numerous walkthroughs inspections to ensure quality. Your project also included several layers of quality protection, including several bank-approved appraisal inspection reports and county inspections. All parties were extremely impressed by the work performed and they were elated that you would be able reside in your newly remodeled home. Your recorded NEW Home Reveals Video clearly shows that you were excited about the drastic improvements as well on September 16th. I regret to learn that you are dissatisfied with the communication during my leave. It communicated with you in advance about leave of absence. Even with our best attempts to address and assist your few concerns you became exasperated by my inability to communicate immediately. I immediately approved the use of the remaining balance to cover minor things that you were requesting. It appeared that you were not comfortable with the option. Therefore, we continued to find resolution. Our company handles all clients professionalism, regardless of clients reciprocation. Despite our numerous attempts including to get a comprehensive list, a fully paid invoice to your personal & recommended trusted handyman to resolve concerns and my team member personally contacting you to schedule an appointment to resolve concerns. You stated that you were no longer willing to communicate with us and you were getting your concerns addressed. This review reveals that you appear that you did not have services rendered.
