"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! "I lucked out when I found Connie Glover of CG Staging & Interior Designs. Connie came to my house the next day. As she walked through, she stayed a few minutes in each room, telling me specific suggestions of what she would like to do for each room. She told me easy ways to make the home lighter and appealing to a large cross section of potential buyers. Connie was immediately inspired by my Victorian renovation, had great ideas for it, already had available a lot of what we would need, checked her thoughts with me, and was engaging and friendly. I knew we would work great together, so I cancelled my other interviews and hired Connie right then. Connie got my staging completed in our planned 2 week time frame. She stays in communication. She followed through on all requests from my realtor. She doesn't run up a big bill when she can find a bargain. I paid a deposit and some materials up front, and it sure worked for me that her actual fee gets paid at the closing when the property is sold. My home looks extra beautiful, and should sell higher and faster, thanks to all Connie's artistry, care, detail, and enthusiasm in staging. Two thumbs up for CG Staging & Interior Designs!!"
