"Mark was on time and came prepared to work! He mulched our entire front yard and took care in doing it. He kept everything neat through the process and respected the plants that he had to work around. Our palmetto tree was in bad shape and needed trimming. He made it look beautiful again. He worked most of the day and returned bright and early the next day to finish up. He also cut the grass in our backyard and edged. He was mannerly and the most important thing he was not in a hurry to finish. He was more interested in doing a good job. We plan on Mark coming back in September or October to replace rotten wood on our deck."

Established in 2020, Lowcountry Dwelling Services, LLC is a one-stop service company owned by Mike Dopson. Mike has worked with a variety of homeowners, property managers, and businesses over the past five years performing services ranging from pressure and soft washing, gutter cleaning, roof washing, roof debris removal, window cleaning, landscape maintenance, caretaking, and small general maintenance needs. We started our company as a result of the challenges faced while working on different projects. Scheduling issues were normal challenges for homeowners especially when dealing with multiple vendors. Our main objective is to relieve the headache related to vetting, scheduling, and being on-site for multiple vendors. We aim to alleviate that stress by providing multiple services coupled with quality work. We always do a stellar job and aren’t satisfied unless you are.
