"I don’t typically give all 5 stars reviews, but Charleston Stump Stompers and Tree Service is truly worthy of it. We needed three trees removed (including one 40 foot pine tree) and stump grinded, a bush stump grinded and our front trees pruned. This order was made during the frequent storms we had late in 2018. Your ground needs to be pretty dry in order to prevent damage from the equipment needed to roll into your yard. Communication is very critical to me in regards to a company’s performance (almost as important as quality of service). This company’s communication is excellent as they went above and beyond to keep me informed about possible dates (due to weather), proposing to shift schedules to work with me and always make me feel like Priority #1. Their quality of work was outstanding and my yard looked even better than when they started. The staff is very friendly, local and down to Earth. Highly recommended! I have no problem recommending this company to neighbors asking about my tree work."

Within thirty minutes of placing my request on Angi, she sent me a text asking if she could come quote the job. Before the day was out, I had a written quote in my hand. Patricia was in the middle of a big apartment job but kept me abreast by text when they should be able to start. Her crew did a wonderful job and her associate Brenda was also very helpful in advising on how to update the exterior of the home and even brought out a beautiful shrub to show me. I can't say enough how please I am with the results of their work. I also received additional quotes before they left as I plan on making AAA Union Tree Service my go-to for all my landscaping needs! They were wonderful!"

"Their foreman Steven showed up on time and gave me a very decent quote for what I needed (tree trimming, fallen limb removal, and dead tree removal). I went ahead and hired them. Steven and his team showed up on time for the service date, but a storm rolled in while they were working. They left due to lightning, but the front desk , Ellen, called me to let me know they would return to finish later that week. They returned on time too, and finished the job. They even left me 2 bags of potting soil to cover tracks in the shared yard I have with my neighbor after my neighbor requested it. Steven and Ellen were always very professional and courteous, and Ellen was prompt with communication. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

We have a huge yard that required extensive hand pruning of shrubbery, removal of some shrubbery, trimming of tree branches, and cleaning up the marsh area. We appreciated their work ethic and attention to our details and vision. We were very impressed by Hunter?s focus to make us happy and do an excellent job, and he succeeded!
