"John did a great job for me. I have an extensive outdoor low voltage system. Somewhere there was a short which was difficult to find. John took his time and through some trial and error, he found the problem. He also installed two new lights for me. He did a great job for us."

"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."

"It was a set price for 4 hours of work. He did a great job and went above and beyond with the trimming I asked him to do. My yard was pretty wild and when I got back it looked great. Very professional, helpful service with no agenda. He had a very good eye for making the bushes look nice without taking too much off. Got an amazing amount done in 4 hours.

"R&W Electric was always polite and very professional. It is very nice to see good people with a great work ethic complete a job on task and on budget. We opened up our kitchen and needed to move switch locations, outlet locations, new circuits, ceiling fans and added under cabinet lights. "I requested quotes from several landscape companies. This quote was in line with the others. The difference was the knowledge of the owner of the company for beach front properties, and the issues I would be facing by installing various types of plants. The company has a landscape professional on board, and Johanna was helpful and professional with my questions and only planting things that would be easily maintained on the beach. The crew installing the plantings, moving large palm trees, etc., was much faster than I expected. With one place where outdoor stone was being installed, the crew manager did not like the way the stones looked and were being laid, had the entire area started over with a different stone, with no additional cost. My irrigation system and landscape lighting was over 20 years old and had to be updated. The crews for both systems were also punctual and professional, and now the house looks excellent.
I have also had issues over the winter months with several things, and the company is responsive, sets appointments and handles the issues promptly. I will continue to use this company.

" In order to complete to layout design I submitted a drawing of the room as well as a series of photos. The website for Homemade design has a questionaire what helps define your overall tastes in design. I joined Pinterest and started boards for furniture, lighting, bookshelves which were reviewed. Homemade design comes to New York periodically to meet with clients not in the Boston area and this gave us a chance to meet and select furniture and upholstery at the New York Design center. This is an extra charge but well worth it since I was completely overwhelmed. They were extremely patient and guided me through the process. At one point I decided to move the television which turned out to be a bad idea -- they explained why it would not worked and I concurred competely after I understood the reasons. So, they are not afraid to tell you if you going down the wrong road. I live in a New York City townhouse and forget that I do not have a whol lot of space even though my house is huge for NYC. So, I had to be told how to "scale" everything to the space we had to work with, which was helpful
I purchased the service several months ago but was not ready to actually decide on the actual purchases until recently. So, the delay in completion is because of my schedule. I now hope to finish everything by September.
