We called another plumber, he tried to revive our old Navien water heater that was located outdoors, but it was beyond repair. The other plumber gave us an estimate to install a new water heater in our garage. It was way too expensive. We called McCoy, and he gave us a very reasonable estimate, given that the gas line had to be extended from one side of the house to the other. Rick listened to our concerns and objectives, and provided what we wanted. Josh and Taylor showed up and worked quickly and efficiently, and it was a long day at that.
