"They came out on a Sunday because I had no water. They are so nice & helpful. My tenant left and turned off the water because the water line was leaking when the water and ice tube was removed. There was no shut off valve upstairs so the repair man went to purchase the part and came back so I could have water. He replaced the filter which was clogged and increased the water pressure.
