This was a maintenance and filter install service. A thorough inspection was conducted and the filter replaced. Andres was friendly and patient. He took the time to explain how my system works and helped me locate the internal duct since I've not been in this house long. I hope he can remain my service tech.

I bought a brand new heating and a c unit from brothers and I have had two things wrong since. This unit was just installed 3 weeks ago and they have had to come out twice since then. Once for incorrect install and now again for a broken compressor. This does not inspire confidence in their work and the longevity of the unit One would think after paying thousands of dollars to replace a unit from 1997, that only had two work calls in. 8 years that, that you would be good for at least a year, but no. Not only was the install bad but when I called to get my second service I was given an appointment and then called by someone saying they were not coming. The service lady was rude and was not helpful and only found another service guy after I complained that I just bought this unit and how much I spent, not something I like to do. I typically don't write reviews but I am not happy and am very disappointed and concerned that this unit is not going to last.

Do not stop..run as fast as possible.. strike 8..and it's on me now...Brothers has exactly zero technicians who can trouble.shoot and fix a problem....12 years and $26,000 later..it's finally caught up..they are the absolute worst HVAC company in the Charlotte area..do not trust them with anything...I promise you..don't do it

It was for the seasonal check up. They were quick and did the complete task.

Cevetan provided me different options for replacing 2 water heaters that were located in the attic. Decision made to change to tankless unit. No option to select what work to be done in regards to water heaters so I had to select heat pump

Knowledgeable technician .

I have been a loyal customer for 35 years. I am now in my sixties and living alone. My air conditioner went off several times this summer. I spent a lot of money having Brothers fix it. They also sold and installed it 10 years ago. The.last time it quit on September 29, the technician told me it couldn't be fixed and he would send someone to give me a quote to replace it. The quote was 12,000.00 just for the downstairs unit. The salesman spent a lot of time giving me fear stories of not replacing it now before the government required propane gas heat. He said those were going to be dangerous. I told him I would think about it. I called another company for a second opinion...He had it fixed in five minutes. It was simply a fuse and a bad wire. I paid Brothers the monthly fee to be a VIP customer for 35 years. That is 30.00 a month for 35 years. I cant even do the math or I will be sick. I have changed to another company who are honest and not always trying to lie to single older women to get thousands of dollars. Shame on Brothers. Don't bother to have Bob calle because he did already and said he would look into it and call me back. He has never called me back. I will be reporting to all agencies I can.

Fast and clean

Madison was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend brothers heat and air.

Our service man was great, he made sure our furnace was running properly for the winter months ahead. We appreciate his professionalism and his incredible people skills which is hard to find sometimes in this day and age.
