"I called Jerry Anderson, the owner of this company, yesterday morning and told him about my roof leaking with the tropical storm and
torrential rains over the weekend.  He came out in a few hours (same day!), did an inspection, and took photos with his smart phone to show me the problems.  He carefully explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote with a 3 year written "no leak" guarantee.
The very next day (today!) Jerry came back with his roofers while I was at work and fixed my roof. He had to replace a good many shingles, seal several places around the various vents and where the garage connects to the house, and cut some tree limbs back so they would not touch the roof.  He also had to actually re-nail and seal the vent that runs down the length of the peak of the roof.  You could see all the nails!  The wind is obviously NOT my roof's friend.
He even called when all was finished and accepted my credit card number over the phone.  Done!  ...and it looks like rain again, so I am very glad he was able to do the work so fast!  I expect no more leaks!

UPDATE:  Jerry Anderson is as good as his word.  I contacted him the afternoon of 10/6/2015 to let him know that my roof leaked around my hot water heater vent and I heard dripping in one other spot during the flood over the weekend.  He arrived at my house just before dark...SAME DAY...and made the repair.  No charge!  BEST ROOFER EVER!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 

UPDATE: Roof is leaking again.  I have a three year written "NO LEAK" guarantee from this company.  No reply when I contact them this time. Contacted multiple times since March 27, 2016.

This leak is the "dripping in one other spot" (see above) that I heard during the great flood a few months ago.  It was supposed to have been fixed, but is now dripping with just a light rain.

UPDATE: Jerry Anderson sent two of his sons over yesterday, April 4, 2016 between Noon and 1:00 PM, to fix my roof.  He and his company are back in my good graces!  Let's hope it's fixed for good this time.  

His sons said he has been out of town, so I guess he just got all my messages.

"Mike arrive on time and was very professional. He started immediately with the house by applying cleaning chemical. He took his time and made sure every area was clean before moving on. He let water dry on house and then walked around house to make sure he did not miss anything. House and porches took about 2 hours. Mike then did detached garage the same way. The concrete driveway had not been pressured washed in 15 years and he made it look almost brand new.  He was polite and if we need anything extra done he did it without question. We have already booked him to redo our deck, repair vinyl siding and fix a couple more shingles on our roof.

"Jeff's was contacted as a result of a Group-on special we purchased.  He responded  by coming to look at what needed to be done.  Following that, he submitted an estimate of what could be accomplished in the time already purchased and gave an estimate of how much additional work would be required.  There was a slight delay in accomplishing the task but Jeff saw that it was completed by doing it himself.  He patched two closet ceilings where roofers had stepped through and fixed cracks in the den ceiling and did work in the bathroom.  This involved several visits to allow for drying.  For additional hours he painted the den ceiling.  Because of the delay, he reduced his price.

"Via e-mail, I sent photos, gave dimensions, discussed function of the room, etc. The designers were all very prompt and personable, and gave personal attention, asking a lot of questions to get a "feel" for my style.The B on punctuality was due to the wait for the finished set of recommendations as the company, not limiting the number of deals purchased, were overwhelmed with requests - but a reasonable "warning" was given that the buyers might need to be patient for that reason. When the "package" was delivered via e-mail, it was an extensive  list of furniture and accessories that the designer felt matched my style and needs, with a few options given for each categorty - e.g., lighting, vases, art, furniture, window treatments, etc. Photos and vendors were also provided. I was impressed with the effort that went into creating this personalized, electronic file, however,I was basically hoping for assistance in a floor plan - and that was not included. It could have been in one of the higher priced, more detailed service packages. When I expressed my disappointment, my $20 was refunded immediately, and the $50 voucher to shop was mine to keep.  It is this fairness, personaiized service,  and prompt, professional communication that leads me to give them an A for the overall experience, even as I am still stymied about the floor plan!"
