"Joe was very responsive to my inquiries and was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment at a time that fit my insane schedule. He arrived on time and spent a fair amount of time on the project, thoroughly cleaning and tuning up my gas logs. I noted that they had been giving me some trouble in that they would shut off after 5-10 minutes of use, and he investigated and determined that I needed a new thermocoupler. "My roof had a big leak, all the way  through the bedroom wall, during  the heavy rains the weekend before. I called a few other companies, but Jerry Anderson came the same day,  Monday, explained to  me what the problems were (the main culprit was the flashing on the chimney, and the roof around it, but there were other roof problems as well)  and  gave me an estimate.  He was very detailed and his explanations were very friendly. He came punctually as agreed   with a specialist, James,  on Tuesday, who worked on  all problems,  made sure to check that everything is fixed (even climbed from the inside of the attic with me in order to understand better what I was describing).  He completed the job very timely. We did have  rain since then (which is why I wanted everything fixed quickly), and there are no leaks, I did check by climbing inside  the attic.
