She was willing to forego part of her break in order to clean my kitchen floor, because it exceeded the 2 hour time we had booked. I did not allow her to do this but she was more than willing. I couldn't be happier with Tracy and with this cleaning service. I wish we had contacted them first! I will recommend them to family and friends for sure. "I have an aging cat who no longer uses the litter box in the basement. My floor cleaning was in effectual and the urine smell was bad. Martin Tay and his team did an unbelievable job. They spent almost 2 hours soaping and mopping the floor, using hot water and repeatedly changing the water. Martin and I met on Wednesday and he and his men came the very next day. He explained what a thorough and clean job he would do and that's exactly what he did. It's money well spent for someone who works so hard and does a beautiful job."
