I highly recommend them. We had to have our ceilings replaced and they were kind enough to store our oriental rugs for us while the work was getting completed. I also have ordered pads from them and they made an extra trip to pickup and and lay down one rug. Since they had to make the extra trip they even brought me flowers! They have very nice follow up and are very nice to deal with. They are always very prompt, professional and cheerful to work with.

They were on time, very professional, courteous and did an excellent job. I think cost-wise, it was a little more than I would have paid from somewhere else, but I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Their pricing is in the middle. They were very nice and were fine. The owner on the phone didn't tell me that someone else would be coming out to do the work alone. I feel that I should have been notified that someone other then the person that I spoke to on the phone was coming out to do the work. Other then that, everything was fine.

THEY WERE VERY PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE TO CLEAN & PUT IT BACK IN PLACE. THEY CAME & IN NO TIME THEY WERE FINISHED. THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT.

THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR US RIGHT AWAY & THEY ARRIVED PROMPTLY. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB CLEANING THE CARPETING & THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 5 OR 6 YEARS NOW, & WE HAVE THEM CLEAN THE CARPETING EVERY SPRING. MY WIFE IS ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DO & THEY ARE ALWAYS GOOD AT COMING OUT RIGHT AWAY.
