She was willing to forego part of her break in order to clean my kitchen floor, because it exceeded the 2 hour time we had booked. I did not allow her to do this but she was more than willing. I couldn't be happier with Tracy and with this cleaning service. I wish we had contacted them first! I will recommend them to family and friends for sure.
