This was by far the best experience with any contractor of any kind I have ever had!!! I have done numerous projects over the past decade and I can’t begin to express my gratitude to this company. From the first phone call they were professional, communicative and upfront with their scope of work and prices. There were no surprises. The only surprise was the extreme level of professionalism as well as respect for my property. When I looked outside and saw my patio and fence lined with blankets and cardboard to protect it from their tools, I was sold! I have never had anyone be so respectful of my property. On top of that, the quality of their work was absolutely meticulous! The eye for detail this company has and the perfection of their finished product is honestly something I have not experienced. I grew up in a family of tradesmen so for me to be impressed says a lot! When they left, I could not believe how clean everything was. They did not leave a speck of dust! I took a chance hiring a company I did not know and I could not be happier! I will always use them now and refer them to everyone I know. Thank you so much for your beautiful work!

This company does wonderful work. They are clean and neat. The installers pay attention to every detail. Our new floors look beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

We hired A Plus Floor Installation, Inc. based on the ratings. Originally we were going to hire them just for the floor work, but Cleber convinced us to use them for painting as well. At first the job started off well, however over the course of the job we struggled with communication and quality of work, particularly with the painting. The painters were sloppy throughout the house, damaged some of our furniture, lost items such as window openers, and did not speak english which made it tough for us to communicate with. After the first large part of the job was done it was tough to get them back to finish. When they did come to finish they tried to rush through the job and we ended up having to help them along to do the project. From a flooring prospective we were relativley happy. There were some things we did not love and we wish Cleber had done a better job of working with our GC to understand the vision of the house since some of the flooring work looks cheap. For example in our office we have oak furniture so Cleber should have recommended and installed oak quarter rounds instead of white quarter rounds. Overall I am sure A Plus Floor Installation, Inc. does well on smaller jobs but for a larger job that required higher end work i would recommend considering another pro

Cleber has been nothing short of wonderful to work with. We had a variety of kitchen projects in progress and struggled to find a good resource to replace our floor. Cleber was prompt in all his responses and great in guiding us to buy all the needed flooring material.  This gave us time to pick what we really wanted and directly purchase the material. Once we had everything in hand, Cleber and his team came and removed the previous flooring and replaced it all in a day. His work was well done, clean, and had a dramatically beautiful impact on our kitchen. We couldn't be happier! Cleber has been kind and easy to work with through this project. We would readily work with him in the future.

I highly recommend Cleber. Even before he showed up at my house he was great to work with. He returned phone calls promptly, answered all our questions and arrived at exactly when he said he would. His craftsmanship was impeccable, our floor looks beautiful. And, as a bonus he removed and disposed all the empty material boxes and swept the new floor clean. The room was ready to enjoy when he left. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Cleber is an amazing contractor who takes great pride in his work! Upon his punctual arrival to scope the project effort and provide an estimate, I explained to Cleber I had difficulties with a previous contractor and was now in a race against time as weâ re expecting our first child any day now. I gave him a target date and he assured me he would do everything he could to fit me in and complete the project before the proposed target. The quote he provided was competitive, and after considering the level of service I received, I somewhat consider it a bargain. Cleber was very responsive whenever I reached out to him, and he was patient with me whenever I had questions or minor change requests. The work he did was fantastic, specifically the entryway stairs where he supported my request for an unorthodox installation method that turned out great. The end result was a beautiful improvement to our condo that was completed two days before the expressed due date. Hi highly recommend A+ Flooring and plan on working with Cleber again on future projects.

A Plus Floor installation did a fabulous job! I could not be more pleased! Cleber did an outstanding job on my floor. He took up the 1600+ square feet of flooring and carpet in one and a half days (including removing it all from my unit).... and the install was done in 2 days!! It came out beautiful! I would use APlus again and have already recommended them to my neighbor and a friend!! An A+ job for sure!!

Cleber was absolutely fantastic to work with. We called him on Monday and he did the install on Thursday. He was professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. The floor is absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend him! He is my go to guy for any future projects.

Great workmanship and great people.

Cleber and Alex both worked almost non stop on my project, the project was scheduled for 2-3 days duration. They completed the project in 2 days. The work was not very simple as our home is 120 years old and the old floors slope from side to side and the whole building is not square or plumb. Cleber, being very well versed in his nearly 20 years of experience advised us regarding us getting the best result possible within the limitations that our home presented. We are very happy with the results that Cleber and Alex were able to accomplish. We are planning on hiring Cleber again in the near future to upgrade the other 2 rooms of the first floor of our home. I would recommend Cleber to anyone , he treated us very fairly and has a very friendly and warm personality as well!

My entire experience was outstanding! They showed up on time. The removal of carpeting & installation of my laminate flooring was done in a timely fashion. Prior to start, I was asked which way/ direction I wanted the floor installed, which I had no idea was a choice. However, they installed laminate in 2 small rooms & the finished project is outstanding. I would highly recommend A Plus Flooring for all your flooring needs.
