"Great service - Martin and his team delivered. I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning. "The quality of service varied, depending on who was cleaning the house. We initially had two women who were really good. We asked if they could clean our house every time, and they did, for a while. At some point, that changed, and we had different people coming in. Their work wasn’t as consistent. They did a decent job. One thing I didn’t like was that they don’t do certain things. For instance, they did the floors, but they didn’t polish the furniture or dust it, even if the couches had pet hair on them. Their price was very good. They were very responsive. I’ve decided not to use any companies to clean my house. I would rather just use one person."
