"I had a super positive experience with Prestige Flooring. My project was to install hardwood on stairs which had been previously covered with carpet. Matt from Prestige contacted me quickly after submitting my request to Anji's. He came out and did an assessment within a few days of speaking. He walked me through details to set expectations, and sent an organized proposal with a fair price. (As a professional, I really appreciate working with other professionals.) The project was scheduled quickly and completed same day (mine was a small project). Upon leaving his team made sure to clean up and dispose of trash. "The quality of service varied, depending on who was cleaning the house. We initially had two women who were really good. We asked if they could clean our house every time, and they did, for a while. At some point, that changed, and we had different people coming in. Their work wasn’t as consistent. They did a decent job. One thing I didn’t like was that they don’t do certain things. For instance, they did the floors, but they didn’t polish the furniture or dust it, even if the couches had pet hair on them. Their price was very good. They were very responsive. I’ve decided not to use any companies to clean my house. I would rather just use one person."
