Matt from Prestige contacted me quickly after submitting my request to Anji's. He came out and did an assessment within a few days of speaking. He walked me through details to set expectations, and sent an organized proposal with a fair price. (As a professional, I really appreciate working with other professionals.) The project was scheduled quickly and completed same day (mine was a small project). Upon leaving his team made sure to clean up and dispose of trash. Two days later I met Lori when she stopped over to quote my house . Tonight I'm sitting in a spotless house. I'm wondering why I waited so long to join . "Great service - Martin and his team delivered. I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning. "The quality of service varied, depending on who was cleaning the house. We initially had two women who were really good. We asked if they could clean our house every time, and they did, for a while. At some point, that changed, and we had different people coming in. Their work wasn’t as consistent. They did a decent job. One thing I didn’t like was that they don’t do certain things. For instance, they did the floors, but they didn’t polish the furniture or dust it, even if the couches had pet hair on them. Their price was very good. They were very responsive. I’ve decided not to use any companies to clean my house. I would rather just use one person."
