Two days later I met Lori when she stopped over to quote my house . Tonight I'm sitting in a spotless house. I'm wondering why I waited so long to join . "The quality of service varied, depending on who was cleaning the house. We initially had two women who were really good. We asked if they could clean our house every time, and they did, for a while. At some point, that changed, and we had different people coming in. Their work wasn’t as consistent. They did a decent job. One thing I didn’t like was that they don’t do certain things. For instance, they did the floors, but they didn’t polish the furniture or dust it, even if the couches had pet hair on them. Their price was very good. They were very responsive. I’ve decided not to use any companies to clean my house. I would rather just use one person."

What I got was two cleaners for an hour an a half, who wouldn't or couldn't do what I needed in terms of "deep" cleaning (some floors that require a bit extra elbow grease; I'm now resigned to getting down on my hands and knees and cleaning them myself). The routine dusting/mopping was done below the quality level I've obtained from other services in the past (streaks and spill stains left
