The team showed up was very professional. They explained what they would do and went out of their way to locate and successfully remove the chipmunk. Their dedication and the quality of their work was first-class.

I'm extremely pleased with the services provided by Vinnie and Alex at All Star. I went with them because they were quick to return my emails, and offered a price significantly lower than competitors. They arrived exactly when they said they'd be there, and even called beforehand to let me know their whereabouts. They were very friendly and respectful of my house. They even sang with my kids:) I'd highly recommend.

I spent about $1000. It's a 3 storey house and I had all 3 floors done. They were very friendly, very clean and every thing turned out smoothly. I think I would hire them again but I would tell them the next time they see something wrong with my system to let me know.

David made an old microfiber chair look brand new. He did an excellent job and there were no leftover odors from the cleaning supplies.We are very happy with the results.

They were here about 6 months ago. I haven't used them before but I would use them again. They were on time and friendly and they did a good job.

They did a great job, professionally and courteously on cleaning the
ducts, but had brought the wrong equipment for cleaning the couch and
rugs and said they would return.  It was scheduled for the return and
they didn't show.  I called and left messages, but they haven't returned
my calls.

The men were a little late but it was the last appointment of the day.  They moved the furniture, laid out the rug and worked steady for 2.5 hours, very professional.

They did a great job. Their prices were reasonable. They showed up when they said they were going to which is always a plus for me. They didn't charge a lot of money. They were here when we asked them to be. I contacted the owner via email and he responded very quickly.

Carpets had to be done over 2 days due to machine breakdown. They had to return another day because the hvac cut outs for cleaning weren't sealed right and the air handlers were maladjusted. They were polite and apologetic.i

On time and around budget. The job took longer than estimated, as they only sent two people, and with the 40+ windows in the house, it was a 3 person job. Scott, the lead technician, was full of energy and meticulous, and went behind the other cleaner to make sure there were no streaks. Unfortunately, the other cleaner got sloppy as the day got longer.
The main office responded to my call quickly and worked me into the calendar very quickly. 
I thought the value was very good given the price.

The 2 men who came were very polite and seemed to know their business well.  They were professional and efficient.  However, their cleaning fluid seemed to create some new discoloration in one of our carpets (which was light-colored).  They were unable to offer any insight on why that happened, which was disappointing.  As the carpet dried, the discoloration faded somewhat but it still remained.

The men arrived on time, were very professional and answered all of my questions.  They did a very good job and I'd use them again.

The windows look good at a quick glance, but there are a lot of smudges left over on all of the windows.  Other than that, everything was fine.

Price was very competitive vs. Cape Cod carpet cleaners that charge 3- 4 times more. We had a couple of other  quotes (recommended by Real Estate Agent's business contacts) for $1,000 for same job, that we were quoted by Paramount for $300.  Only problem was that the carpets were so badly soiled, that they could not get 100%  cleaned, due probably to prior owners having a dog and other issues. We had also wanted to have the carpets cleaned and treated with a protectorant. However the owner was honest and said it would be a waste of money to have that done. He did try to clean the carpet  and lowered his estimated price by $100.  The carpets were clean, but the spots could not be removed, which we were advised about before he started the  job. As a result of our experience, he immediately got a referral to a neighbor, who did use their services and was happy with them. We subsequently replaced the carpets with wood laminate.

  Angie's List should be aware that the majority of services provided by Cape Cod businesses (not all)  are often 50% to 100% higher than the identical services provided by vendors OFF Cape Cod, in a  50 - 100 mile  radius from the  Cape, e.g., from zip 02537. This is due to a severe lack of competition on the Cape, high cost of living, and that most local busines genereally "gouge" local residents who they believe are captive customers, e.g, only one Walmart for 50 Miles, Costco about 70 miles, no Lowes, etc.  Angies list should ensure the search criteria for Cape Cod extends about  100 miles from Providencetown or else customers cannot use Angies list when searching for businesses. Also, many service providers on the Cape never show up for scheduled appointments, due to the attitute that they are the only ones to provide services. Personally, 90% of service providers we use or stores we frequent, are 30 miles off the Cape to save money and get better service.

They were enthusiastic and courteous with an apparent intent to get the job done right.  They came in contact with 3-4 wasp/bee nests and took the time to go buy the appropriate solutions.  They spent a lot of time on the job, seemingly more than the $8.00 per window would justify.  Despite all the effort the quality was not there.
The use a squeegee and towel seems to present lots of problems in getting the window cleaning fluid off so the window would be clear.  If we never had to look through a window in the sun perhaps the outcome would be more acceptable.  Some windows were atrocious which is sad because they certainly seemed intent on doing a good job.
A squeegee may be quick on large windows but a smaller residential window seems to present problems.

I was using this company for regular rug cleaning every 4-8 weeks for whole house rug cleanings for about a year. I was happy with the services, until they went cold. Without notice, I assumed they went out of business. I am using a new company for rug cleaning services now.

I telephoned after hours expecting to leave a message and hope for a call in a few days. My call was returned within the hour and the service date was scheduled within the week. The responsiveness to a potential emergency was excellent and the work was top quality.

I made an appointment with Dave from 4-6pm. Dave came with a colleague at around 5pm. They are professional! knew where to start and where to pay more attention.  They explained to me the harmlessness of the cleaner, so I do not need to worry about my cat touching the still wet carpet (which I tried to avoid anyway).  They finished before 6pm (just living room and bedroom needed to be cleaned), so my plans after 6pm was not delayed.  They were very friendly, and their charge was the best deal I got, and do not forget the 20% coupon!

They were okay. I would recommend them. He did a nice job. He was a nice kid. He was very personable and courteous.

The technician from All Star came to clean the dryer vents in my condo as well as my 2 neighbors'. 
He did a very good job, although at first, did not quite return the dryer to its original place in the closet, causing my ironing board not to close correctly.  But I was able to fix it.  He also discussed additional work that All Star could take care of -
removing the mildew on my bathroom ceiling, that All Star has a special paint for.  He also cleaned some of the lint out of my bathroom vent, which he showed me was clogging the vent, making it inefficient - and causing the mildew on my ceiling.

Great first experience with this company. From the first call to setup the meeting to the two employees that came and did the servicing. They showed up when they were expected to, were friendly and professional. Answered all my questions, described what they were doing, took before and after pictures and cleaned up any messes they made. I will definitely be using this company again.
