"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

They talked us through the pros and cons of the different systems and units. We decided to go with the Mitsubishi Electric unit with central air installation. The installation happened a few weeks later. The installation took 5 business days, and involved the installation of new ventilation in the attic with ducts in the ceiling. Gave us name of rooterman who was already due to come next morning, told us to tell them needed y pipe for add, venting rep who showed up didn't seem to care what had already been done wanted to verif himself at additional cost to us, then wanted to clean main line to street at cost to us, and didn't fix the problem, which is most likely what we said other cleaning company said vent issue.. frustrated."
