"Thank you, it was our pleasure."
"We were called out for emergency service on a Saturday afternoon (approx. 1pm) Customer was advised that the fee to come out was $64.00 and $128 per hour with a one hour minimum charge. Once the tech arrived at the house, he ran a diagnostic on furnace to determine why there was no heat. After going through and verifying that all was functioning properly, the technician checked the gas line for pressure. There was no pressure. The tech went to check the gas meter on the outside of the house and found that it had be locked by National Grid. At this point, the tech could go no further with restoring heat, because the problem was between National Grid and the homeowner. The customer then mentioned that water was leaking from a relief valve on the water heater to the technician. The tech examined the valve and asked if the homeowner wanted to replace it. The homeowner said yes, the technician then left to go to a nearby hardware store to purchase the relief valve, (it was not a typical valve that we stock on our vans). The tech returned and replaced the relief valve. The customer thanked the technician, even though nothing could be done about the heat until National Grid was contacted. The customer signed the invoice acknowledging satisfactory completion of the work and provided a credit card for payment. The customer was charged $64.00 service fee, $128 for the hour (even though it was more than an hour) and $35.15 for the part. The customer received a 10% Angie's List discount and was charged $204.00. At no point did the customer express any dissatisfaction with the service or the amount charged. We are truly at a loss as to why the customer would leave a negative review."

"Thanks so much! It's customers like you that makes this all worthwhile!"
They fixed that immediately. They were here when they said they were going to be. Price was reasonable. It was wonderful. I felt happy to have found him again. They were on time. They were extremely knowledgeable. Mr. Barlow came with his partner. They did a great job. Twelve years ago they corrected a problem and my furnace is fine. I would use them in the future.
"Thank you so much for the feedback. You were a pleasure to work with!"
