Steve was awesome. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. Came exactly at the time he said he was going to be here. Got right to work immediately and was completely done with the project within an hour and a half. By the way, that gas hot water heater lasted me 31 years. I will use him again when I need my gas furnace replaced (it is also 31 years old). I have used a number of plumbers through the years and he is the only one that I would hire again. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

The tech from Victory arrived on time to give me an estimate on a new hot water heater. He took a look and said there is nothing wrong with the heater. The boiler won't go on--the boiler heats the water. He said the problem is the boiler. I have a contract with an oil company, and they fixed it quickly. Kevin saved me big bucks. I would definitely hire Victory again.

Very professional and knowledgeable about the work that had to be done and knew the current code. He thoroughly explained the scope of the job so I understood what had to be done as well as answered any questions that I had. Got back to me when he said he would with the quote. And, when I notified him that I received the equipment he got back to me quickly and confirmed install date and time. His workmanship was very, very neat and he cleaned up after and got rid of all the scrap. Highly recommend Victory Plumbing (Steven).!

As soon as Steven walked through the door we knew he was a pro. Did a really neat job replacing the 20 year old hot water heater in the house my son just bought. No cut corners, just an honest professional job at a reasonable price.

Steven responded with a house call as soon as he saw my request for a water heater, explained pros and cons of various options, gave a reasonable quote, arrived a couple of days later with an electrician, and completed a challenging installation in about two hours. I couldn't be more pleased.

I contacted Victory Plumbing regarding needing the new fixtures put in my bathroom. Steven responded out to my home the same day of my inquiry, and returned within two days to complete the job. While speaking him, I told him the pipes under my kitchen sink leak as well. He did that project too, and finished all in the same day. His price was beyond fair, and he finished well before I was expecting him to be done. He carried himself in an extremely professional manner. I will be referring him to all who need a plumber from now on.
