It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

"These guys are great. I had an issue with my dryer that was pretty bad on Friday. I got a phone call within 20 minutes of reaching out and they were here the next morning. Something had clearly died either in the dryer vent or near it. After cleaning the entire dryer, they couldnâ t find the source of the odor. They could have left right there since their job was done, but they kept working until they eventually found the issue. They again could have left it up to another professional to finish the job, but they went above and beyond and solved my problem without hesitation. Now the basement is clear and the smell is gone.
