"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

They came out in the spring to give us several different quotes for different types of air conditioning options, from wall units to central air with ventilation. They talked us through the pros and cons of the different systems and units. We decided to go with the Mitsubishi Electric unit with central air installation. The installation happened a few weeks later. The installation took 5 business days, and involved the installation of new ventilation in the attic with ducts in the ceiling. At the completion of the installation, Ocean State Air Solutions turned on the system and walked me through the operation of the system to ensure I understood how to operate. Others wanted to take the shortcut and do ?pex? , Jon did all old school copper and no quick connects , everything was soldered .i can say enough , they would be at my door at 7 am sharp everyday.
