"The team was great to work with. We finished 400 sqft of our basement with the full system. Our salesman and he covered all the topics, materials, costs, timelines and expectations very well. The crew doing the work was very professional, respectful and kept us updated of the progress and of any issues arose during installation that was outside of their control. Our PM provided guidance on decision ensuring code was met while getting the aesthetics we were looking for. Overall, I would work with them again for a large project like our basement."

I went into the shop to look at some samples, and I didn't find exactly what I wanted. I emailed a picture from online to Ken, who brought similar samples out to my house. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. The product is LVT.. luxury vinyl tile, and it is superb. Everyone thinks it's real ceramic tile. I've had it for 9 months now, in a very high traffic area and it looks as good as it did on day one. The installation was impeccable. Eddie did a fantastic job. I'm amazed at the detail and the precision in places like corners and around molding. He even did some extras without charging, like putting up molding in the bathroom.
