Mr. Kariuki was able to repair our central air conditioner, so we did not have to buy a new unit. It works like new! I highly recommend him.

He found the problem quickly and also the reason why the problem happened. he checked the overall status of the system and insured all the readings were at the correct levels. Bernard called immediately and we organised a date and time that was quick and convenient. He called on the day to let me know he was arriving on time and when he arrived he immediately got to work and quickly determined what was wrong and set about fixing it. I found BK Appliance online when looking for emergency refrigerator repair service on a Sunday. I opted to wait until Monday AM. Bernard arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem (bad control board causing ice buildup, preventing cold air from reaching food compartment) quickly. Bernard had the part in his truck, so he defrosted the refrigerator and installed the new control board. The entire service call took less than 90 minutes. Bernard was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The cost of service, which included an expensive part, was very reasonable. I'd call BK Appliance again for any large appliance repair.
