She does a great job and I would recommend her to everyone!
"Hello, Sorry to hear that you felt the service provided was not complete. I do wish you had mentioned this while I was there. I do offer a complete piano cleaning as an extra service which normally takes about an hour."
I have asked her to return next year for a follow-up tuning.
I would highly recommend her to others.
