It turned out beautifully. Alan and I met before the wood was even delivered to scope the job and timing. Alan’s knowledge was invaluable in figuring how to do the treads because the stair nose molding from the manufacturer was not a close match, so my plan of using the acacia wouldn’t work....

The design was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing to the point they look like design features! The rest blends seamlessly into the space. The sliding glass door that replaced the garage door looks like it was there from the beginning, and the exterior trim blends perfectly with the house, with the added benefit of being waterproof.
