Amazing people. Very efficient. They ask me first so they won't do mistakes. Very respectful and provide the best in anyway.

The first moving company we booked could not make it due to schedule conflict when the house closing date changed. Needed someone quick (next day) and via realtor, they obliged for which we were thankful. The movers were very friendly and careful. It ended up costing us about $400 more than it should have, moving from 4 rooms (only couple big pieces, no dining or appliances) into a larger place. Lots of chit-chat with family who were supervising the move, smoke breaks and personal cell phone use. (Mentioned to my sister that they were on our DIME when she told us via phone how friendly they were - she had no idea it was hourly rate) Finally the lead person said something to his crew. Meant to call owner for partial refund but never got around to it- should not have taken 6 hours. Son moved around the same time to same area with more stuff and took half the time with another mover. Maybe isolated incident, thankfully will not be needing this service in the near future. I would not say to NOT use them - just keep them moving because they are not watching the clock for you.

The whole process was exceptionally smooth and easy. The consultation and planning was handled efficiently. On the day of the move, we were lucky to have the nicest team of workers ever! These movers worked hard and did a great job, adeptly moving even with some big awkward pieces of furniture. They carefully wrapped, packed and unpacked - we were completely satisfied with the job they did. They were also very professional, polite and personable. I had been dreading "move day" -- but they made it a totally positive experience. Kudos!

I had called Gentry moving services after getting information and a few quotes from local companies. I decided to go with Gentry after my first phone call. Very easy going, accommodating and to the point. On the day of the move, it was smooth and not as stressful as previous moves. Two gentlemen arrived, got the job done, great experience.

Gentry did a wonderful job moving us out of one home and into another. The day before they moved our home, they moved a hot tub (that was infested with a bee's nest) and emptied a storage unit for us. On the day of the move, we had six movers who were all professional, courteous and particular. I had a large office desk that had to be completely disassembled and reassembled at the new home. They also disassembled a large bed, bureaus and other furniture that was overly large and cumbersome. They placed every item of furniture exactly where we wanted it and there was not one ounce of damage to anything. I was extremely pleased with their level of professionalism and I would hire them again without reservation. They made the entire move less stressful and less worrisome.

Very punctual and courteous. Hard working. Moved things along in a very timely manner. Will definitely use again. No complaints with this company. This is our third time hiring this company.
