"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

Then they prepped the concrete subfloor to perfection and installed vinyl plank flooring. They did a beautiful job at an excellent price. "Domenic was very professional and had his contractors come in and do the work. The tile people were excellent. They put a new sub floor in and then tiled. They were very thorough and clean. The contractor who did the hardwood floors were nice--but not as thorough. After the floors were laid down and my husband and I examined the floors, we noticed gaps between the boards that were very noticeable. We also noticed that there was putty covering holes and did not look right. We contacted Domenic and he came and looked at it and agreed that it was not done right. So, he had the contractor come out and redo what he had messed up on. This meant he had to take out about six boards that were glued down and put new ones in. This took a nearly a whole day. I was displeased with this contractor because he should have checked his worker's work before leaving the site. We were pleased with how professional Domenic was over this situation and how fast he took care of it. The people who came in to do the carpet were great. They did it fast and and it looks very nice. We love all of our new floors. We were surprised how easily our hardwood floors dent--especially since they are high end floors. The experience, overall, was a good one."

"This was a good experience from start to finish. We quickly agreed to a price and a date/time for the work to be done. 3-person crew; good on-site supervision. Very thorough cleaning of ductwork in an old house whose maintenance had been neglected. It was messy, despite them taking care to capture most of the dust. Quite a bit of soot settled on floors, which I discovered after they left. Roof is getting replaced at the same time, and snow is still on the ground. So it was hard to keep the floors clean. I’d hire them again."
