"Awful. This job was half-assed, I just got home to this crap. I was not called in advance as your quote person had informed me. I was very clear that I need t know when it would be done to survise. He said I would be called ahead of time to let me know when there is a job near me and they would come afterward. I paid almost 8,000 dollars to have that patch broken into to install a sewage cleanout!!!!! THESE PEOPLE CAME TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND COVERED THE SEWAGE CLEAN OUT WITH ALPHALT!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they came back and the pictures is the final work, beautiful ****."

"Fantastic! He was the first contractor to contact me and he was by far the lowest cost. I had about 120’ of sidewalk and a couple 9’x12’ slabs to replace. Existing was poured in the early 1900’s. 3x thicker than what I think he expected along with several granite slabs I had for stairs. Andy and his guys still made quick work of it. The elevation of my existing walkway was awful. Standing water and an ice rink in the middle. I know he used 3x more fill than he expected to make it right. Laying out the new walkway he had some design suggestions that my wife loved. Again I know it was more work than he initially expected. The finished work and cleanup was great. Some contractors have an upcharge for every little thing. He stood by his quote. Being a contractor ,of a different trade myself, I could not in good conscience not pay him a little more. I still paid hundreds less than the next closest ESTIMATE. I couldn’t be happier and I will have him back in the spring to replace the other side of the house. Well done Andy and crew."

The representative reviewed the program and explained the program and what each application was for. He was friendly, courteous, informative and honest with me. He also answered my questions knowledgeably and in terms I understood. In a short period of time, I have one of the best looking lawns in my neighborhood. PROSCAPE is an honest & trustworthy company. I would recommend PROSCAPE to everyone."

"We hired Rich in the beginning of May to put in a patio in our backyard. He wrote up the contract promising the patio would be in before the fourth of July. That deadline came and went and no patio. We were promised several additional deadlines and that work would be done with no results. He claimed because he had to fire several people and finding help was difficult that it was putting him behind. Meanwhile when I met up with him, he showed me pictures of other patio projects he had accomplished instead of ours. The final part of this review is Rich promised to send a refund from Riverhead Supply that he had received in error to us which has, to no surprise, not materialized. I do not recommend hiring him."

"I hired Rich in April 25 to demolish and rebuild my cement front stairs. He wrote on the contract that the work was to be completed by the end of May. Needless to say, he never attempted to do the project. I confronted him via text message in October that I wanted my deposit back. He apologized stating that he had to fire a bunch of people (sound familiar to anyone?) and had run into some personal problems. He promised to refund my deposit. When he failed to keep his commitment, I notified him that I was going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, he did not bother to respond. I filed the complaint. I hired him because he had 5 stars on Angie. I don't understand how this rating was possible. I strongly advise seeking a different contractor."
