I recently had my sprinkler system installed by a fantastic company that came highly recommended by the sprinkler supply company. I take great pride in my lawn, and Luis truly is a master with the pipe puller! Thanks to his expertise, my lawn appeared virtually undisturbed, and his team of professionals were truly top-notch. Luis even introduced me to the innovative WiFi controller, giving me complete control of my system from anywhere. This controller is even connected to a weather station, allowing it to self-monitor my lawn's watering needs on rainy days. If you're in need of a sprinkler system, Luis is the only person you need to call. I am immensely grateful for the amazing job he did!

I had tried a couple of places before but never got a call back. Luis responded quickly, came out for an estimate quickly, and came out quickly to do the job. He was done just over a week after the first contact. I had an issue that I thought was the sprinkler not covering an area because the grass turned brown. There was a miscommunication and I didn't hear from him for a long time. I figured the reviews I saw that said he never responded were true. I sent him an email instead of calling. He responded instantly and came out the next day. It turns out the sprinklers are fine and I probably have grubs. The lack of communication was scary, but ultimately it was all good. He is very fast, very capable, a just a nice person in general.

I must preface this with the fact our yard is very rocky and hard to dig in. It was not easy to run the irrigation lines. However, we found two of the lines were buried only inches in the ground. When they were installing our lawn, these two were quickly exposed. Our landscaper was kind enough to put them back in properly at no charge. Luis explained the system to me but I didn't catch everything and so he said he would drop off the owner's manual but never did. Once our lawn was installed, we noticed some areas were not being covered when the sprinklers were on. I tried numerous times to get hold of Luis but I had to leave messages, which he never answered. Half the time his mail box was full. So I googled how to adjust the sprinklers and found it required a small tool which he should have provided to us but didn't. As a result, I've had to order one online while some areas have to be watered by us with a hose. I would not recommend this company.
