It was refreshing to to find this kind of professional service Jess provided. He explained what caused the problem, then took care of the problem. He educated us on how the system works and what we needed to do in the future. He was so friendly with great communication skills and went out of his way to make sure everything was in top-running condition before he left.

The worst I've experienced in 50 years of hiring contractors. The furnace is fine and the best things were the two workers he brought with him initially - one, his niece ( he said). The nightmare has been with the central AC he installed. Numerous problems: 1) system never worked uniformly (I followed all his instructions); 2) installation trash left in my attic; fluid leaks surrounding AC vents; fraudulent practice (charged me for annual cleaning of the furnace - another heating company documented it was never cleaned). I refused any more 'help' from him and had 3 AC companies come to bid for repairs of this system. Not one of them would take on the contract - two of them documented their findings in case I wanted to go to court. I had a new roof installed and it was supposed to include attic insulation. The gas and electric company came to view the attic and stated it was a mess and impossible to insulate due to the flawed design Wayne created and the amount of trash he left.

"I put that a.c in 11 years ago and if i was so bad why did you hire me back a 1 1/2 years later to put boiler in, and about all the garbage roofer says, was only a couple of empty boxes and some tape backings and when you told me 9 years ago i went up there and took them out when i told you the roofers made more of a mess up there than i did . then you had a problem with air direction and balancing, i straightened it out for you, all you have to do is change filters that are in the ceiling. about how i never serviced boiler i was called there twice and i did service the boiler cleaned it thoroughly . its weird that 11 years later you put a review saying i just installed the system when in fact , its been almost 11 years. if you had a problem with my services why wouldn't`t you call me to fix them (weird.)"

Wayne helped us with several repairs to our old steam boiler. This was the third time I’ve had them come by to service our heater because I was very happen with them in the past. I called Wayne in a panic when I realized hot water was pouring out of my furnace. Wayne helped me on the phone and came right over to do the necessary repairs. Total cost $740.00. He has always been helpful, responsive, and fair. I rely on Wayne for all my heating and air conditioning needs and highly recommend him.

Wayne did an excellent job. He is extremely honest and does meticulous work. He put in a high quality booster pump, replaced a circulator pump and pressure relief valve for a total of $1450.00. I thought this as a very reasonable price. I intend to use Wayne again for other projects. He maintains good communication. Initially when my booster pump failed and I had no water in the house, he came out immediately to take the old pump out so I could have water flowing again. I highly recommend him.

I decided to use Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning Services based on the many excellent Angie's List reviews. Wayne did not disappoint. He answered my initial call promptly, came to my home the next day. He outlined the cost of the work and came in under the estimate at $591.00. My air conditioning is working beautifully. More than that I felt I received an excellent deal, honest, high quality work. I had to swap out my modem & router, which meant also having to reconnect my wireless thermostat to the network. For whatever reason, after reconnecting the thermostat, my heater would only blow cold air, instead of hot. I found Wayne's information on Angie's List and called. He answered immediately (this was on a Sunday). I briefly explained my situation to Wayne, and he was ready to walk me through troubleshooting over the phone. Because I don't feel knowledgeable enough to do that, I asked Wayne when he could come by. He was able to come the very next morning, and he arrived within the time frame he gave me. He and his associate Anthony were friendly and professional. Wayne was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He provided me with a temporary thermostat so that I would have heat; recommendations on wireless thermostats, which he also offered to come over and install once I purchase one; and scheduled me for a furnace cleaning for next week. Not only that, he was finished before I had to start my work day, which had been a worry of mine. I am so happy with his prices, professionalism, and work! I look forward to having him return for more services.

Wayne and his guys were outstanding! Not only did he do the job, but his honest, and professional, perspective saved us thousands. Previously we had a different company try to sell us a whole new A/C system because our existing system used R22, even after they were asked is there was an easier solution. Wayne not only told us there were several cheaper solutions, but was straight up about everything, including acknowledging that he could not fully set up the system until we have warmer temperatures. I cannot say enough good things about Wayne, he and his folks represent all the best qualities of American small businesses.

Excellent! Wayne and his staff know how to get the job done. We had no heat, Wayne knew what the problem was and it was fixed. Most important he does what he says he is going to do! He took my phone call answered me back and came to my house the time he said he would arrive. Most important he is fair and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone. My husband and I were very pleased! We found a company we can trust! I have to mention Anthony as well....! He was helpful and a real nice guy!!

A little late leaving review. Wayne was quick to respond and very quick to come out in the dead of winter to look at my boiler leak. Wayne did a great job replacing my Weil Mclain Gold boiler and making sure everything was up to code. Unlike other companies who take so long to respond, or not respond at all, you can message Wayne and he responds within minutes. I will definitely hire Wayne back for my annual maintenance.
