We knew right away that Travis would be able to create it. Throughout the process, he communicated clearly, left the work site tidy, checked in with us when decisions needed to be made, and he creatively solved the inevitable problems that arise. And, he is a very nice person. The patio he created is extremely well constructed and absolutely beautiful. John at Three Four Five Masonry seemed the most knowledgeable of the people I spoke with, He was easy to communicate with and did a great job on the wall. It was a quality job and looks wonderful. Many of my neighbors have made a point of telling me how nice it looks. I would absolutely use this company again."

"I hired Rich in April 25 to demolish and rebuild my cement front stairs. He wrote on the contract that the work was to be completed by the end of May. Needless to say, he never attempted to do the project. I confronted him via text message in October that I wanted my deposit back. He apologized stating that he had to fire a bunch of people (sound familiar to anyone?) and had run into some personal problems. He promised to refund my deposit. When he failed to keep his commitment, I notified him that I was going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, he did not bother to respond. I filed the complaint. I hired him because he had 5 stars on Angie. I don't understand how this rating was possible. I strongly advise seeking a different contractor."
