"Correct diagnosis was made for a 20+ year old much loved gas fireplace that was unable to light. Parts were found and ordered. A two man team arrived promptly at the appointment time to remove the old pilot system and install the new one. They completely covered the floor in the area of their work so not a drop of debris was left. They worked intensely for an hour. The result is a beautiful clean burning fire place and a very happy homeowner."

"I would like to say Anthony and his helper for the professionalism job they did on my chimney When I first called the company, I told them my situation that I needed my chimney swept and inspected I also asked a lot of what if questions they found something wrong. The technician explained everything to me that needed to be done before going any further. After taking the pictures, Anthony showed me that sweeping the chimney was not an option and that my vents were off line and carbon and gas was seeking back into my house. They gave me a start date and time frame, They called and gave me an ETA and was on time. Like I said earlier, they were courteous, polite and friendly. Afterwards, they did a great job of cleaning up and asked me to inspect the area to make sure I was satisfied with the clean up. They also sent pictures of the work and what I needed to do to maintain it. Thank you Anthony and Nu Chimney for a job well done and all you do."

"Tom was able to schedule me quickly and came out and did a thorough inspection of my chimney. A liner was needed and Tom had his crew come out and install it the next day. They were quick, thorough, and most importantly, safety, conscious, and professional. Another company wanted me to wait five days for an estimate. Carbon monoxide is a killer and no one has the luxury of five days to wait for an estimate. When I receive the estimate finally from the other company, actually, four days after TNT sweeps completed their job, the price was outrageous. I am thankful that Angieâ s list put me on to TNT sweeps. They went above and beyond, and when they left, you couldnâ t even tell they were there. Their clean up was absolute and complete, and their workers were diligent and paid attention to every detail. This company is excellent. Their customer service is off the charts. "A few weeks ago our gas hot water heater died. We had never used Valdel Plumbing before but were extremely impressed with the entire experience. We found them on Angie's list as being highly rated and there's a reason for it. We called them at 7:30 in the morning and by 11:30 AM had hot water and that's not exaggerating! Their specialist, Steve Ault was awesome and very knowledgeable. He quickly got to work dismantling the old unit. He even had a new heater and all the parts on his truck so there wasn't even a delay in waiting for parts or a new heater to be delivered. He also installed a drip pan, a pressure regulator and re-routed some of the exhaust piping for better venting. The price they charged seemed to be in line with the work performed.
