well there were delays but i forgive that. they did NOT get permits. a new hot water heater was brought and hooked up. But connections were loose and made it inoperable! its taken another plumber and an Electrician to fix what was wrong to actually get hot water. the original cost was $2500. Now add the $500 for 2nd plumber to reinstall the emergency shut off box that was installed improperly. AND an Electrician for $800 To fix the rest. They have not responded to email requesting attention. Technician was great - altho did not know everything necessary to complete my job. this has been a two week nightmare! i am NOT happy!

The technician gave us an estimate of over $2000 to fix our heater. Would not tell us how much the part would cost but just stated the job would be that price. Never asked if the heater was under warranty, the heater is only 5 years old. Claimed the part would have to be ordered and it would take a week to come in. We had someone else come out the same day. The problem was diagnosed as a problem with the gas pressure which was adjusted and the heater has worked perfectly ever since. No need for a new part or an expensive repair.
