Very good. Was able to find a small gas leak and had it fixed in about an hour. Robert seemed like a nice person and knowledgeable.

Bob was great in helping us figure out what needed to be done and what could wait. He was great to work with and reasonable in price. His follow-up was outstanding, He installed a new expansion tank for our heating system, and months later when I got confused on bleeding the top radiator in the winter, I called him on the phone and, though I had called him out of the blue, he patiently and cheerfully walked me through the process of going to the basement to let more water into the system and then back to the second floor to bleed the radiator and then back to check the pressure again. He stayed with me on the phone for more than half an hour til we got the problem fixed (i.e., we had heat in the bathroom radiator), and then didn't bill us for the time even when I suggested he bill us. Bob is great.

We asked for a dripping shower to be fixed, thinking it just needed new washer.  However, it was an old fixture, and the only solution was to replace the whole structure. We had been quoted the approximate price - (labor per hour for 2 men + cost of parts), and that was accurate and fair.  We had not expected - but greatly appreciated - Bob's taking a look at other plumbing in the house, and including for no extra charge, replacement in some cases, repairs in others,  many other needs of which we had not been aware. He and his assistant were competent, quick, clean and courteous.  And he squeezed us in right during the holiday season.
