He devised a design which was far superior to what was originally contemplated. And cheaper as well. All-Type-Fence worked with the township to obtain the necessary permit. Mike noticed in the township's original instructions that the fence would have to be set back 6 feet from the sidewalk. Mike contacted me and suggested the township property drawings probably had an error. So I contacted them, and after looking into it, Mike was right !
