"I called Steve on a Saturday, and he picked up the call himself, not some answering service. I explained the problem I was having and over the phone explained the issue i may be having. He went out of his way. He then he could come out the next day on a Sunday at 9:00 in the morning to take care of the problem with my furnace. He knew exactly what to test and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. Even after he left, there was a small issue that still remained, and he told me over the phone how to take care of it, and that issue was taken care of also. "I have a heat pump, the technician told me he was not well versed on heat pumps. My system works well, after 10 years I wanted to check the Freon level for efficiency. The technician hooked up the low pressure side and not the high pressure side and said temperature looks ok. I asked how do you know if I need a pound or two of freon, he started going on about the cost of Freon I called booking number a Couple of days later I called and told them why I didn t take them up on their service plan, nice guy but didn t check the level. I don t normally leave negative feedback but the person who I called didn t seem concerned. No one reach out out, check cleared ......"
