I had my bath tub faucet streaming hot water and Cody came and looked at it the pipes. Told me he will fix the pipes and put in new shower and faucet. Cody did an awesome job on everything. If I ever have a problem again, I would call.

Canâ t beat the quality of Codyâ s work. He did A TON of work in our house: replaced 25 junk/plastic stop valves with metal valves, re-plumbed and secured the sink in our laundry room, and plumbed a brand new outdoor shower for us. Cody works hard, does excellent work and is someone you can trust to get the job done right the first time.

We were going to buy just a new water heater but Cody spent the time educating my wife and I about the benefits of a tankless water heater system. We are so happy with our decision.

I always had problems getting my sink and toilet to drain. I called CM Plumbing and Mechanical to figure out the issue. Cody found that my venting was done wrong and created a lot of build up in one section of piping. He was able cut out the bad section and replaced it with new clean piping and vented our bathroom correctly. To this day we have had no issues with the work he did for us. Would definitely hire CM plumbing & mechanical for any future issues. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong & what he was doing & always showed up on time at the scheduled dates. Very trustworthy & professional
