Richard is a Landlord as well. I lost my job during the pandemic. And my lease had just renewed. Instead of just stiffing him on rent and taking advantage of the no evection laws, I called Richard to inform him so he could start to accommodate a new tenant as to not lose revenue. I know it was tough on landlords during this time. And my father was very ill ( has since passed ) and I was able to stay at his place to assist with caretaking. Well Richard first told me I had to find a tenant. I said I could not. He then lied and told me he would give me my full security if I was to get the place in order. I left it in much better condition than he rented it. This was also in Dec. 2020. I had asked if he could send the security before xmas because I had no income. And he was full aware I was a single father. HE FLAT OUT LIED AND SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME MY SECURITY BACK BY XMAS. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME I BROKE THE LEASE AND HE IS KEEPING THE SECURITY. This is after I let his place immaculate and he found a new tenant to move in the day after I mover out. I AM ON MY WAY TO COURT NOW. HE IS ALSO A RACIST. I AM MIXED RACE. HE HARRASED ANY BLACK FAMILY MEMBER OF MINE HE SAW ON HIS PROPERTY ASKING THEM WHY THEY WERE THERE. HE NEVER ONCE ASKED ANY OF MY WHITE FAMILY THESE QUESTIONS. SEE YOU SOON DICK!!!!!!!

Did nothing, sent two guys that spent all day completed nothing and charged me $1000

The work, in general, has been high quality.  We do have an issue with new bathroom sink with the caulking, but I have not had a chance to address the problem with Spanos----busy year!  Richard Spanos is a very friendly person and he is fair.  I would have him do other plumbing/electrical services in our home again.
